A tectonic shift is underway and one we may not see again in our lifetime. Whilst not everyone needs to be a technologist, understanding data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) - its capabilities, limitations, and how to identify problems AI can solve is increasingly essential. AI is reshaping industries, decision-making, and everyday life. To navigate this shift we need to grasp its capabilities, limitations, and the real problems it can solve while ensuring our products and services remain inclusive.
With great technology comes great responsibility. As AI continues to evolve, so do its risks and opportunities. It has reclaimed center court, and its influence will only grow.
Here are some (mostly free) resources that I've found valuable:

Remember understanding data and what LLMs realistically can or cannot is critical for PMs that work on AI products. If you are new to the space, I'd start with some of the free resources, then take the AI for Everyone & GenAI for Everyone by Andrew Ng. Then one of the three listed above.
For those of us building products I love this reminder from the documentary, Cryptopia. The sentiment applies across domains & technologies:
Because, here’s the thing. The average users don’t care about the wires that move their money quicker, don’t know about the software that moves this movie or that picture. What will move them, are services that will make their days a little brighter, their chores a little lighter, and their lives.......a little richer.
Let me know if this helps or if you have any questions. Please share other resources you've found to be useful.
This is great. Thanks Nidhi for sharing.
